1. What materials do you use in your jewellery?

All our pieces are crafted with high-quality 999 pure silver, 990 silver, 925 sterling silver and selected 14K/18K gold finishes. Many designs also feature cubic zirconia or natural stones. Each product page lists the exact materials.

2. Is your jewellery safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our jewellery is made from hypoallergenic, nickel-free 925 sterling silver and premium gold plating, designed to be gentle on most sensitive skin. If you have a known metal sensitivity, we recommend consulting your dermatologist before wearing any plated jewellery.

3. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship across Australia. We’re expanding to the US and UK soon. For updates, subscribe to our newsletter.

4. How long does shipping take?

Australia: Generally takes 2–7 business days

International (coming soon): 7–14 business days

5. How much is shipping?

Shipping within Australia is free on orders over AUD $99. A flat fee applies otherwise (shown at checkout).

6. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the product is faulty, in which we will cover the shipping. 7. Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes, every order comes with elegant packaging. You can also request a gift message at checkout.

8. How do I take care of my jewellery?

Store pieces in a cool, dry place. Avoid water, perfume, and chemicals. Clean gently with a polishing cloth.

9. How can I contact customer service?

10. Are your pieces real silver or plated?

Yes, we use solid 999 pure silver, 990 silver and 925 sterling silver. Some pieces are finished with 14K/18K gold plating for durability and luxury.

11. What is gold plating?

Gold plating is the process of applying a thin layer of gold to the surface of another metal, typically through electroplating, to create a gold appearance and provide benefits like corrosion resistance and enhanced electrical conductivity. The process involves cleaning the base metal, submerging it in an electrolyte solution containing gold ions, and using an electric current to deposit the gold onto the surface. It is used for aesthetics in jewellery. 

12. Do your stones look like real diamonds?

We use high-quality cubic zirconia and natural gems that sparkle like diamonds, but at a more accessible price.

13. Will my jewellery tarnish?

Yes, sterling silver can tarnish even if you wear it every day. Tarnishing occurs due to a reaction between silver and sulfur compounds in the air, as well as moisture, skin oils, and exposure to certain chemicals.

14. Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

15. Can I track my order?

Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.

16. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Please contact us ASAP, and we’ll update your details if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

17. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

18. Is your website secure for payments?

Yes, our checkout uses SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to keep your details safe.

19. What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/short videos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

20. How long do refunds take?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

21. Can I shower or swim with my jewellery?

We recommend removing jewellery before swimming, showering, or exercising to maintain its shine.

22. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, digital gift cards are available so your loved ones can choose their perfect piece.

23. Can you send a gift directly to someone?

Yes, you can enter their shipping details at checkout and even add a personalised note.

24. Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we are an online store only, which allows us to keep prices fair while delivering luxury-quality designs.
